| | A) General Browser Configuration |
| | In general, to use electronic submission services, you need to enable the following in your browser :
- JavaScript
- Cookies
- 128-bit SSL
- Java 8 (for Mandatory Energy Efficiency Labelling Scheme applications)

| | B) IE Security Setting |
| | Please follow the steps below to setup your web browser security settings : |
| | 1. Under "Tools" menu of the Internet Explorer, click "Internet Options" |
| | 2. Click on the "Security Tab", under the “Web content zone”, select “Internet”, and click the "Custom Level" button. |
