Single signed application - This type of application only requires at most one party for e-Certificate signing.

 

Multiple signed application - This type of application requires more than one party(1st party to Nth party) to e-Certificate sign for one application.

 

 

*Please record down the Application No. for your own reference. This Application No. will be useful for queries, as well as for submitting supplementary documents of this application in future.

  Online payment of application(s)
 
 
 

You will be prompted to pay the fee of the individual application at last step of the single signed application and multiple signed application.

 

For different application forms, you can choose at least one of the following payment methods:

- General Demand Note

- Cash

- Cheque

- Online Payment

 

However, if you have many applications to pay, you might choose the Pay Multiple Forms method to do one payment for all applications. In order to do this, you simply ignore the "Proceed to payment" button during your individual Online Electronic Submission. You can press "Proceed another application" to submit more applications. Finally, when you have saved enough applications for payment, you can press "Pay multiple forms" button or "Pay Outstanding Application" menu item in the left side of your screen

  Submission of supplementary documents related to previous applications
 
 
 

First of all, you should have recorded down the previous Application No. If you want to submit some supplementary documents related to your previous applications through Supplementary Documents Submission, make sure that you have prepared the electronic documents with appropriate file format and correct Application no. There is no. limitation for number of times to submit the supplementary documents of one application. However, please DO NOT re-submit the electronic documents that you have previous submitted.

 

This portal will only accept the electronic documents in the following file types:

  - .doc(Word), .pdf(Acrobat) & .txt(Plain text file)

  - Image file format: .jpg, .gif, .jpeg, .jpe & .bmp

  - Compressed file format: .zip

You can check your Application Submission History and Application Payment History. In general, you can view up to 1 year of the transaction history.

  Summary of portal functions
 
 
 

Under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, we accept electronic submission of applications for registrations through Internet. The submission of application forms and any other information/data via electronic means will be in secured manner to ensure privacy, authenticity, integrity and non-repudiation of data.

 
Online Electronic Submission

You can fill in the application forms online and print it at any time for reference. Supporting documents can be submitted together with online application by attaching electronic files. Depending on the nature of the applications, some of the forms require you to sign with your digital signature. After the application signing, you can proceed with electronic payment.

During the process of filling the application, you can also save the work to a local electronic file in your PC, and resume the file to continue with the application process later.

 
Supplementary Documents Submission

During the online application process, if you have not provided all supporting documents, you can submit them later by quoting the application number which is generated by the system at end of the online electronic submission.

 
Sign Outstanding Application Forms

Some applications require form filling and signing by more than one party. In this case, once an applicant has completed the relevant part of the form, he/she has to identify in the application form the next party for action and then to sign where as appropriate. The system will then forward the partially completed application form in this section for the completion of the identified party. The same process will continue for the third or more parties if any.

 
Pay Outstanding Application Forms

Before the processing of the application forms, you are required to pay the application fee first. If you have not pay the application fees during online application submission, you may select the application(s) and pay them here.

 
Withdraw Outstanding Application Forms

If an application form is entered to the portal, but electronic signing and payment is not yet done, the application form can be withdrawn from submission.

 
Applications Submission History

All applications submitted to the portal can be retrieved from the Applications Submission History for review. The submission history will be kept for up to one year.

 
Applications Payment History

All applications paid via the portal can be retrieved from the Payment Submission History for review. The payment history will be kept for up to one year.

 
Change Password

Users who have registered accounts for online applications submission are allowed to change their passwords.
