Please follow the steps in below to open a WBRS account by post

Step 1
Click Download WBRS Account Registration Form in PDF Format to download the appropriate application form from the list below
 
Step 2
Complete and sign the registration form
 
Step 3
Return the completed form by post to the designated address of EMSD as stated in the form.
 
Step 4
 Once your application has been successfully processed, we will notify you the User ID and password.
 
Step 5
 You will be prompted to change your password during the first time login.
