2. Web Based Registration Services (WBRS)

By accessing the online e-application for the Web Based Registration Services (hereafter the "Services") through the EMSD website or any other connected links provided by others to EMSD website, the applicant warrants that all information provided by him/her to the EMSD in relation to the Services is true, complete and up-to-date. The Services are for the sole and exclusive use by the applicant. The applicant shall not use or knowingly allow any other person to use the Services, the Information and/or the reports for or in connection with any illegal purpose or activity. The applicant shall notify the EMSD as soon as practicable if he/she becomes aware of such use.

To access the Services for the first time, the applicant is required to register online or in such other manner as the EMSD may from time to time specify and indicate his/her acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing the use of the Services and to provide such information as the EMSD may reasonably require for identifying the applicant.

The applicant should be aware that that this on-line registration service is only a service to facilitate the application for registration or renewal by the applicant. All applications submitted on line via this website have to be supported by relevant supporting document and have to fulfill all the statutory and administrative requirements for the relevant application for registration or renewal. All online applications submitted via this website are subject to verification of supporting documents and approval by EMSD. No guarantee is given by the Government or EMSD that any particular on-line application submitted via the website will be approved.
